Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Terms

•  Before the Start of Service: The customer can cancel their order without providing any reason, as long as the service has not yet begun. The cancellation request must be submitted in writing via email to the Service Provider.

•  After the Start of Service: Once the service has commenced, the right to cancel is void. Due to the personalized and non-reversible nature of the services, cancellations after this point are not accepted.

2. Refund Terms

•  Completed Services: After the service has been provided, no cancellation or refund requests will be accepted. According to Swiss law, there is no right of withdrawal or refund for personalized services or digital content that cannot be returned.

•  Partially Completed Services: If part of the service has been completed and the customer requests a cancellation, the amount corresponding to the completed portion of the service will be charged to the customer, and a refund may be issued for the remaining portion. Refunds are only applicable in cases accepted by the Service Provider.

3. Right of Withdrawal

•  Under Swiss law, the right of withdrawal applies only to the sale of physical goods. However, Rafine may offer flexibility for the services provided. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the service must not have begun. In such a case, the customer will receive a full refund.

4. Refund Procedure

•  After the customer submits a cancellation request in writing to the Service Provider, the Service Provider will review the request within 14 days. Depending on the status of the service, the refund process will be initiated. Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment as the original transaction.

5. Legal Compliance

This cancellation and refund policy is governed by Swiss Consumer Protection Law (FADP) and Swiss Commercial Law. In case of disputes, the court of Dietikon will have jurisdiction.

This policy is crafted to be compliant with Swiss law, ensuring consumer protection while recognizing the specifics of service-based businesses.
